Mundania Press Acquires Hard Shell Word Factory

I am pleased to announce that Mundania Press has finalized an agreement to acquire Hard Shell Word Factory.

Hard Shell Word Factory, one of the oldest e-publishing companies, was started in 1996 by Teri Lea Chandler of Independence, MO. Mary Z. Wolf, who first worked with Hard Shell as an author, bought the company at the end of 1997. After ten years, Mary has decided to retire from full-time publishing and has penned a deal with Mundania Press LLC to continue Hard Shell's growth in the industry.

Hard Shell publishes book-length quality non-fiction and fiction, in ebook and trade paperback--Romance (all categories), Mystery & Suspense, Action & Adventure, Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror, Western, Historical, Mainstream, Young Adult and Children's books.

While Hard Shell will remain a separate company as an imprint of Mundania Press LLC, all Mundania, Phaze, Awe-Struck, and Hard Shell authors are considered in-house with all companies.
